Midnight golf tournament to benefit the Big House Museum

When you think of golf tournaments, you probably picture a bright, sunny day on the golf course. But that is not the case for the Midnight Ryder Cup.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) - When you think of golf tournaments, you probably picture a bright, sunny day on the golf course. But that is not the case for the Midnight Ryder Cup. Lisa McLendon from the Big House Museum in Macon stopped by Daybreak to tell us about the tournament.

The golf tournament is Friday, June 20 at Canongate at Healy Point. It is a four man scramble format. The shot gun start is at 5 p.m.

Registration is $400 per team. Registration includes a cart and player's cook out. There will also be prizes for top scores.

McLendon said his will be a night time golf tournament and it will be a great time.
