MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) - Get up close and personal with some reptiles this weekend at the Museum of Arts and Sciences in Macon. Sharron Cornacchione stopped by Daybreak with some cold-blooded guests to tell us about the Reptile Rendezvous.
Cornacchione brought an alligator and snake native to Georgia on the morning show. They are just two of the several reptiles you can see during the special event.
Reptile Rendezvous is a very popular family fun day at the museum. During the event, you check out the Dauset Trails Nature Center, enjoy some tasty reptilian dishes at the “Snake Snack Shack,” participate in crafts and games, and much more.
Reptile Rendezvous is Saturday, July 19 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is included with your admission to the museum.
