COCHRAN, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) - Blake Martin led from start to finish Saturday night in the Pure Stock Division feature race at Cochran Motor Speedway, taking the checkered flag and also the night's $3,000 grand prize.

Despite several caution flags for accidents throughout the race, Martin managed to keep the lead after every restart.

With less than ten laps to go, Jason Floyd made a move to Martin's outside but couldn't quite make the pass.

Bubba Howell passed Floyd on the last lap to take second.

About halfway through the 30-lap event, Martin's car began smoking, but it didn't seem to affect his speed.

"I feel like it was a valve cover gasket," Martin said after the race. "I could smell it. Some of it was burning, some if it wasn't.  I just figured if the oil pressure wasn't burnt out, I was just going to let it ride."
