ATLANTA (AP) — A youth symposium planned by the Environmental Protection Agency is expected to bring students, educators and other environmental stakeholders together in Atlanta next month.
EPA officials say the conference Sept. 12 at the Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center is meant to give participants a chance to develop partnerships, discuss sustainable environmental strategies and more.
Officials say the conference will include sessions on environmental stewardship, watershed management and other issues. Organizers say the event will also feature presentations on climate change, resource conservation and more.
