WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – We're going doggone crazy on Daybreak! Tulip and her mother Cherry stopped by the show as part of Dogs of the Week. Regenia Brabham from Critical Care for Animal Angels shared their story.
Brabham said they pulled Cherry from Macon Animal Control after she was shot. She had three bullet wounds and was very anemic. Her wounds have since healed. She also had two puppies, both had pneumonia. One pup was adopted and Tulip is still waiting for her forever home.
Cherry will be available for adoption once the organization raised the funding for her heart worm treatment.
If you would like to adopt Cherry or Tulip or any other animal with Critical Care, you can call Regenia at (478) 293-2066.
