The second leg in Busch's triple duty at Kentucky is Friday night's 300-mile Nationwide Series race. Busch topped the charts in Thursday's practice session but placed 11th in final practice, held on Friday morning. NASCAR gave Nationwide teams a full-day of testing at this 1.5-mile track on Wednesday.
Busch, the driver/owner of the No. 51 Toyota, will attempt to set a personal record in trucks with his six consecutive win. He has scored victories in each of his first four starts in the series this season -- Daytona, Kansas, Charlotte and Dover -- as well as a win in last year's season-finale at Homestead. Erik Jones drove the No. 51 at Martinsville (March 30), Texas (June 6) and Gateway (June 14).

In last year's race there, he started on the pole and led the most laps with 51 but was involved in an accident in the closing laps, which led to a 31st-place finish.
Bandolero drivers from across the country will converge on Atlanta Motor Speedway June 27-28 for the 17th Annual zMAX Micro-Lubricant Bandolero Nationals. The event will conclude three days of Legends and Bandolero racing on the quarter-mile “Thunder Ring” at Atlanta Motor Speedway over a four day stretch.
