DULUTH, Ga. (AP) - Authorities say the discovery of a man's body outside an apartment complex northeast of Atlanta appears to be a homicide.
Police said a person walking Sunday afternoon found the body outside the Landmark at Bella Vista apartments on Satellite Boulevard near Duluth.
Gwinnett County police Cpl. T.R. Tobler said the body was found in green space between the complex and Satellite Boulevard. The man's name was not released.
Police tell The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that investigators believe the man is a homicide victim, but a cause of death had not been determined late Sunday. An autopsy is planned.
