Georgia Man Sentenced To Life In Fatal Double Shooting
JONESBORO, Georgia (AP) - A 28-year-old man has been sentenced to life in prison in a fatal double shooting.
Christopher Atwon Bradshaw was sentenced Thursday to two consecutive life sentences without parole in the June 2011 shooting deaths of 19-year-old Devonta Stembridge and 16-year-old Dion Brice.
Police have said the shooting stemmed from a botched drug deal and the victims tried selling Bradshaw fake marijuana.
Bradshaw was charged with two counts of murder, aggravated assault, and tampering with evidence.
