ATLANTA (AP) - Fire investigators are trying to determine the cause of a blaze at a vacant hotel south of Atlanta.
CBS Atlanta reports that firefighters found the former InHome Suites on Interchange Drive in south Fulton County fully involved by fire when they arrived just after 1 a.m. Tuesday. Firefighters were battling conditions that included broken gas mains and allowed the hotel to burn itself out until they were able to cap the leaks.
Smoke still poured from the building at the start of Tuesday morning's rush hour in metro Atlanta.
There were no reported any injuries at the scene.
