Tonight, Warner Robins City Council kicked off the new year by presenting a united front to the community.
As they went line by line through tonight's agenda, council voted unanimously to pass every ordinance and resolution on the table. Also on the agenda, was the appointment of the city attorney. Jim Elliot was re-appointed for the 27th year in a unanimous vote.
Council elected Mike Daley as Mayor Pro Tem. He says he is humbled by his peers choice. "It means a lot to have you know people that you're there at the same level with working together with all the time, and for them to give me the honor of being Mayor Pro Tem 2012, I'm really looking forward to it."
Council also voted to appoint Fred Graham and Bo Adams as judges for municipal court. Graham will serve as chief judge. Teresa Jo Richards and Pamela Spencer were appointed as alternate judges.
