Tonight, the Houston County Sheriff's Office is searching for the those responsible for entering several cars, and setting fire to a shed and vehicle in the Old Hickory Subdivision.
Between 2 and 4 in the morning yesterday, the Houston County Sheriff's Office says at least two people hit the neighborhood. They took various items from unlocked cars and set fire to a shed, just a few yards away from the house.
"Of course we take this very seriously. Any car entry is a felony case but in addition we've got the arson. Lives were put in danger the other night, the other morning, and of course we're working really hard. We've got some investigators on the guess trying to develop leads and working some leads we have right now," says Lieutenant Jon Holland, Houston County Sheriff's Office.
