MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) - Thousands are still without power Tuesday morning, as crews from across the state are still working to clean up after Monday evening's storms.
According to Georgia Power, Macon and Milledgeville residents were the hardest hit with the outages. As of 7:30 Tuesday morning, Macon was reporting some 3,600 outages, and Milledgeville was reporting some 3,500 outages.
Authorities are urging you to spend extra time on your drive this morning, and stay away from down tree limbs as they may have power lines entangled in them.
