Macon-Bibb County Launches New SPLOST Website

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A new website allows residents to track what their pennies are paying for, with just a click of a button.

The new site at http://splost.info, is a one stop shop for all the projects in Macon and Bibb County that are funded by the Special Purpose Local Options Sales Tax (SPLOST). The new site provides project updates, pictures, financial reports and meeting notices. It's one of the first combined projects between the city and county, since consolidation passed.

Macon and Bibb County will also use social media provide SPLOST project updates.
