MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) - Brides-to-be, grooms-to-be and even a few bridezillas flocked to downtown Macon for wedding advice on Sunday.
Macon's Wedding Ring held it's annual bridal show at the Blacksmith Shop. The show was set up to allow couples to meet with experienced Middle Georgia vendors as they prepare for the big day.
"My goal is to grow with great vendors," said Neal Carpenter, president of Macon's Wedding Ring, "it's not for everybody, just great vendors you can trust."
Carpenter guarantees all of his vendors are experienced professionals. Vendors at the bridal show are interviewed and must qualify before they attend.
Jessica Alday was impressed by the show's selection. Alday is planning an October wedding in Byron.
"I've got a connection to a bag piper which is something we wanted," Alday said, "we got several good references for photographers and caterers so far."
