MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) - Former Macon Mayor, C. Jack Ellis, spoke out today about his support for Bibb County Schools Superintendent, Dr. Romain Dallemand. During a news conference at the Terminal Station in downtown Macon, Ellis said the community should support Dr. Dallemand and his vision to improve the district. Ellis said the superintendent has only been in office for a little more than a year, and we should give him time to make the necessary changes to improve the system.
"We support Dr. Dallemand, and we take issues with anyone who is willing to at this point ostracize him," said Ellis.
We want to know what you think. Will Dr. Dallemand's strategic plan help Bibb County schools?
