CYBERSPACE (AP) - It's now Super Bowl week, with the big game just days away. The NFL's official Super Bowl site has a host of features to help you get ready for game day, including team and player profiles, a guide to Super Bowl related events and a clock that counts down to kickoff. You can even test your Super Bowl knowledge with a trivia game.
Lucasfilm says that it's postponing the scheduled 3-D releases of "Star Wars: Episode II - Attack Of The Clones" and "Episode III - Revenge of the Sith" this fall. Instead, the focus will be on "Star Wars: Episode VII."
The Walt Disney Company confirmed Friday that J.J. Abrams, creator of the series "Lost" and director of 2009's "Star Trek" movie, will direct the seventh installment of the franchise. It's set for a 2014 release.
Disney bought "Star Wars" maker Lucasfilm last month for more than $4 billion.
"Episode I - The Phantom Menace" was released in 3-D last February and earned $22.4 million domestically in its opening weekend.
The original Star Wars prequels were released from 1999 to 2005.
TORONTO (AP) - Back in the day, fans of the BlackBerry were so dedicated, the device was often called the CrackBerry. But in recent years the BlackBerry has been an also-ran, behind the iPhone and Google's Android-driven devices.
Tomorrow, BlackBerry's Canadian-based parent company, Research In Motion, will show off its first phone with the new BlackBerry 10 system.
The company is promising a speedier device, a superb typing experience and the ability to keep work and personal identities separate on the same phone.
Most analysts consider a BlackBerry 10 success to be crucial for the company's long-term viability.
NEW YORK (AP) - Michael Buble has something new to sing about: becoming a father.
In an online video posted Thursday by the YouTube account of Buble's wife, Luisana Lopilato, a sonogram with the words "Mini Buble!!!" is shown. The 20-second video ends up with words: "We're having a baby Buble!!!!"
The 37-year-old Canadian singer and his 25-year-old Argentine actress-wife were married in 2011. The couple met in 2009 during a South American concert tour.
A representative for Buble confirmed that the couple are expecting.
Buble is a Grammy-winning pop singer who has sold millions of albums, including "Crazy Love" and 2011's "Christmas." Lopilato made her name as a model and in Argentine sitcoms and soap operas.
PARIS (AP) - Benjamin Millepied, the "Black Swan" choreographer who helped transform Natalie Portman into an obsessed, paranoid ballerina for the film and later married the actress, was named director of the Paris Opera Ballet on Thursday.
Millepied, 35, is a former principal dancer with the New York City Ballet who left in 2011 to create his own dance company in Los Angeles, L.A. Dance Project. He'll start at the Paris company in October 2014, when the current dance director, Brigitte Lefevre, retires.
Millepied and Portman, who have a son, met during the making of "Black Swan," Darren Aronofsky's psychological thriller that stars Portman as a ballet dancer.
Portman won the best actress Academy Award or her performance in the movie.
