WASHINGTON (AP) -- When is a hairdo more than a do? When we're talking about first lady Michelle Obama's bangs. President Obama says his wife's new do was the most significant event of the inauguration weekend. Linda Wells, Allure magazine's editor-in-chief, says Mrs. Obama's new hairstyle has a flirty, young quality. She says it's no accident the hairdo was unveiled last week, on the first lady's 49th birthday. But Joan Rivers' do review isn't as kind. Rivers tweeted on Inauguration Day: "Today starts President Obama's next four years in the White House. Let's hope the same isn't true about the first lady's new hairdo."
