Mike Brashear Wins Warner Robins City Council, Post 4

Mike Brashear will move into Post 4 next year. Brashear was elected by 70% of the votes to Gene Harrington's 30%.

The two opponents remained friendly up until the very last votes rolled in tonight. Brashear also celebrated his win surrounded by family and friends.

He says the support of his loved ones was the foundation for his strength during this long campaign season.

"You know I'm absolutely overwhelmed. You know as you start this process you have no idea what it's going to be like to have family and friends and the support of people. You know, so it is a humbling experience."

Brashear also talked about the positive campaigning between himself and his opponents. He says he's excited to get to work for the city of Warner Robins.
