Dispatcher Arrested, Accused of Assaulting WR Police Officer
A Warner Robins police officer is assaulted and a dispatcher for the Forsyth police department is behind bars. 
45 year-old Valeria Finney is charged with simple battery, criminal trespass, and obstruction of an officer.
According to a police report, on July 13th, Finney hit and scratched officer Daron Gray in the face, while he tried to arrest her for domestic violence at her home on McArthur Blvd in Warner Robins. Officer Gray, a 1 year veteran with the force, received only minor injures, but was taken to the Houston County medical center as a precaution for cuts, scratches and bruises. He was released soon after.
Finney worked as a dispatcher for the Forsyth Police Department for the last two years. She's on paid administrative leave pending an internal investigation.
