Cooler Air and Wet Weather Flirting with Middle Georgia
Rain and ice in the plains moving east into Georgia by Tuesday. Around here, precipitation will only fall as rain, but some ice or snow is possible up in North Georgia Tuesday. We'll see rain showers developing Tuesday before clearing out by Tuesday night. Skies will be mostly sunny to partly cloudy on Wednesday and Thursday with a 40% chance of return showers by Friday. We'll keep our highs in the 50s through Thursday and drop down into the 40s by Friday with that next dose of wet weather.
The weekend looks to be mostly sunny, but it will be cool though. Some cold Canadian air will keep our highs down near 50 through next Monday and lows near freezing.
