The Indian food at Metropolis Curry and Kabob is an equal blend of exotic spices and strong flavors.
The owner Ram Saran says, "We ask customers first how they like the food; medium, mild, hot, or Indian hot..."
After more than two decades of working in the restaurant business, Saran knows how to dish up good food. He says it's about making customers happy and healthy.
"The Greek food goes well with the Indian food and the salad is a nice compliment to the spicier Indian food," says customer William Yopp.
Yopp says it's the colorful foreign flavor that attracted him to Metropolis.
"There aren't a lot of restaurants serving foreign cuisine in Macon, which is part of the reason I was drawn to it when I saw it," says Yopp.
A long list of spices, herbs, fresh vegetables and fruits are staples for Indian cuisine. Saran believes it is a variety sure to spice of your life.
Metropolis Curry and Kabob is located at 2460 Riverside Drive, Macon, GA 31204.
