'Health Moment' with Community Health Works

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) - In an effort to keep you informed and up to date on the latest health news, Daybreak is teaming up with Macon-based non-profit, Community Health Works. Each month we'll bring you information on a disease or condition, and inform you on healthy ways to combat that illness, or prevent it when possible.
