Bibb Co. Commission Considers Project Management Team for Courthouse Upgrades

 Bibb County commissioners are looking into hiring a project management team to help with courthouse renovations if the SPLOST passes. Tuesday commissioners heard from two Atlanta-based firms- Gleeds America and Heery International.

Both firms promise to act as the managing link between Bibb County and courthouse contractors and engineers. The commission is weighing its options before they decide to spend tax payer money on hiring a firm.

Chairman Hart says its too early to give an estimated cost for hiring a team. He says the county would only need the team for a couple of months.
